Traditionally used for government documents and religious texts, lokta is now used for book bindings, wrapping paper, cards and invitations, mixed media and papercrafts.
Because of its translucency oiled lokta is an excellent medium for creating lanterns, lampshades, room screens and window shades.
The fast growing Lokta bush (Daphne) makes for a sustainable , renewable source for paper making. The paper is acid-free and is not treated with bleach as with other papers.

Our online shop usually sells only letter-size paper (21 x 28 cm or 8.5 x 11 inches) which will be shipped flat. But....if you are looking for larger sheets of paper you can contact us for information about pricing and shipping.
