Important Update: Closing of South Hollow Gallery online shop December 31, 2026

Today we sadly announce our online shop will be closing at the end of the year. This was a difficult decision to make and we want to express our gratitude for the loyalty and support we have received over the past 15 years.

Customers can continue to place orders until the shop is closed at year-end.

NOTE: South Hollow Gallery will remain open to Canadian customers after the online store closes. Product and information requests can be emailed to valree@shaw.ca

Product Information

Our handmade leatherette paper is a made from recycled cotton and comes from India. The texture and appearance are deliberately made to imitate the look of leather while remaining an environmentally-friendly alternative. 

This paper is excellent for covering books & binders, for making decorative paper products, and in mixed media art.

Many of the papers from India are a cotton-rag paper made using cotton linters or cotton from used cloth (rags) as the primary material.

PLEASE NOTE:

Our online shop usually sells only letter-size paper (21 x 28 cm or 8.5 x 11 inches) which will be shipped flat. But....if you are looking for larger sheets of paper you can contact us for information about pricing and shipping.
